How do I make changes to my order?

In-Store Pick Up, With Installation

How do I schedule my installation?

Once you place your order, the dealer is notified of your purchase and is prepared for your arrival. (90 minutes after the time the order was placed)
Please arrive at least one hour prior to the Dealer’s closing time to ensure they can service your vehicle. If an order was placed within an hour of the Dealer’s closing time, your order will be ready for pick up/installation the following day.
To check on current wait times for installation, please contact the Dealer listed on your Order Confirmation Email to speak directly with the Dealer.

Mobile Installation

What if my technician did not arrive within the scheduled timeframe?

After placing your order, you should receive a text notification of your technician’s status and location.
If you never received the text, experienced delivery delays or for delivery/installation questions or concerns, please contact the Dealer listed on your Order Confirmation Email to speak directly with the Dealer.

How do I make a warranty claim?

To find the nearest Authorized Warranty Dealer, please visit our Location Finder. Thanks to our nationwide warranty, you do not need to take your battery back to the original location you purchased it.
